Welcome to the World Changers Church Gold Coast Podcast. Join us as we listen to today's message. Good morning, everyone. How is everyone doing today? I'm going to open this up because when I preach, I get cotton mouth, so let's have that ready for me. All right, let us get into this, hey? All right, so I was actually supposed to come up here a couple of weeks ago, but a guy named Alfred decided to put a pin in that. So it was delayed. And so, which in the end was actually a good thing because the Lord just spoke even more to me that he wanted me to add into this. So you're getting an extended version to what I was going to bring the first time. So praise God. Praise God. So over the last few weeks, I've been obviously praying and asking God, all right, what do you want me to preach on? Where do you want me to teach? Because I am a teacher at heart. So let's start with Scripture, shall we? So let's start with Ephesians 4, verses 11 to 12. Now, I'm not saying I'm any one of these roles because that's one that God and Jesus has to appoint upon you. but I have been trained by people in these roles to teach. And this is half of my point today is that what we do up here is to train you guys to do the same. Like you may not be called to the office of a teacher or you may not be called to the office of a prophet, but people who have been are here to train you guys so that when you're in a situation that requires teaching, that requires prophecy, you have been trained so you can equip yourself others to do the same. That's the point of what that verse was about. And we'll jump also to Revelations 12 verses 10 and 11. So, what am I gonna be teaching you today? Well, as a teacher, I'm wanting to teach you guys how your testimony can be used in an evangelistic sense to show others how good God has been throughout your life, right? So today, I'm actually gonna be giving you part of my testimony. What? That's crazy. Wow, I never saw that coming. So let's start off with when I was a young lad. So I was born into a Christian family. My dad was a pastor. I was brought up in the church and I received the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues around the age of 10. Now there is a bit of debate in my family as to when it is because my sister says she received it younger than I did. I'm not sure about that, but she's pretty confident. So I've given her the benefit and given me a couple of extra buffer years and said 10, right? I used to say seven. Anyway, I went to a Christian school. So by all accounts, I had it pretty good, right? Now, the church that I was a part of when I was younger was a bit legalistic, had some great aspects to it. I'll give it that. But it was a bit legalistic. And the school that I went to, although Christian, taught that anything bad that happens in your life God has orchestrated that. So if anything bad was going on, it's probably because you did some sin. It's probably because you have something in your past that you haven't confessed. Whatever it was, it was your fault. Now in school, now I know this is pretty obvious, but I'm a big guy. I understand, all right? I have a mirror at home, I can see that. So when I was at school, I was bullied quite badly because I was also a big guy. Now, mind you, I was also very strong. I was an Olympic weightlifter and I had Australian and Queensland records, so... Anyway, I then was brought up thinking, man, okay, all of these things that are happening in my life, all of this bullying, all of this tearing me down, God is orchestrating it because I must have done something bad. And I thought, well, if I'm getting hurt this bad to the point where I was thinking of doing stuff, I don't know if I want to serve a God like that. And so when I was younger, even though I had the Holy Spirit, grew up in church, had a dad as a pastor, I was that one sheep that decided to go for a wander, right? In my life, however, God worked through me powerfully multiple times. I'm not sure of the age here, but I was around 13 and I was fortunate enough to go on a missions trip to Vanuatu. Now, while I was there, our team went to the local hospital. We went through this specific ward one to two times, like every one to two days. And by the time we finished, At the end of that week, as we were praying and ministering, we're worshipping with these guys, God had almost cleared the whole ward out. Powerful, powerful. Also around that age, I went to a hospital because a friend of ours had just had a stroke. She was lying in a hospital bed, wasn't expected to make it through the next few days. So here's me, young little 13 Tim comes along and I go and I'm in the full mind of like, man, God heal this woman. Like she's an amazing woman, I love her. And so I went to touch her and there was an actual physical zap that went out of my hand when I touched her. And my dad actually thought that I'd hurt her. So he pulled me away. And so as we were leaving the hospital, my dad goes, well, that was probably the last time that we're going to see this woman. And the Lord said to me, no, no, that's not accurate. And I said to dad, no, she is going to live. She is going to be fine. There isn't like, she's going to make it out of this hospital. And dad just sort of chalked it up to youthful exuberance going, oh yeah, there, there child, into the car. She recovered, she made it out of hospital, went to a nursing home and lived for another few years, right? So why am I telling you this? Well, God had done miraculous things in my life, but I was still focused on the bad that was coming through my life, right? One of the main things the enemy wants you to do is focus on the bad to take your attention away from the good because the more that you look at the good, the more that the enemy's lies become more apparent, right? When you are holding up a real $100 Australian bill versus a counterfeit, you can compare them. You go, well, that one's fake because that one has to be real because I know it's real. So when the enemy gives you a counterfeit, you can just be like, I've got the real deal right here and that does not match up. So this brings me to my first point. God doesn't make bad things happen in your life and God is not angry with you. So let's go to Psalms 145 verse 8 and 9. He's slow to anger. Now let's pair that with Revelations 22 verses 7 and 12. Next verse, not seven, but the next one. So 12, verse 12. And behold, I'm coming quickly. And my reward is with me to give everyone according to his work. In the same chapter, he says, I'm coming quickly twice. Now, after a little bit of research, I found that John wrote the book of Revelations around 1930 years ago. Now, if Jesus is soon is 1930 years and counting, how long do you think God's slow is gonna be? You cannot live long enough to make God angry with you. Right? It is impossible. So when you think of all the bad things, oh man, God's angry with me, not a chance. All right? He is slow to anger. And if he's soon as 1,900 plus years, I think you're fine. Amen. Get some of that in me. All right. So we're going to fast forward a few years in my life. God has shown up for me time and time again. There's a redemption story in there. I don't have time to go through it all. But anyway, I found my way back to Him, which was great. He was the one that left the 99, come pick me up and go, what are you doing, Timothy? Let's get back. So... I was starting, I'd been working in pharmacy now for about seven-ish years. And the Lord told me if I wanted to know His character more, I was gonna have to go to Bible college. And He wanted me to enrol next year. I'd been working as just a general pharmacy assistant, working at minimum wage, and I thought, okay, if I'm going to go and do this, I'm going to have to get a better job here. And so I needed to get my Cert 3 in community pharmacy. So I contacted the company that did the Cert 3s, and they said, okay, normally a Cert 3 takes about two years to complete. I have four months. And I'm like, okay, well... I'm going to enrol anyway. God's going to have to do something, right? So I enrol and I get the convener that comes to me and she goes, okay, so how long have you been in pharmacy? And I said, oh, about six years. And she goes, interesting. Well, I'm just going to chalk about 85 to 90% of this up to recognition of prior learning and we'll move on with the last portion of your course. So I was able to complete a two-year course in three months. So... That was miracle one. Now, because of the diligent work that I had done in the pharmacy, because growing up with mum and dad, you learn a work ethic, all right? So I made sure that I studied whenever I could study. I asked questions, I equipped myself. So I was actually working as a Cert III pharmacy technician for about two years before I got my qualifications. So I had done this just as I wanted to be a good employee. Now, because of that, I was on first name basis with the CEO of Ramsey Australia in pharmacy. And so I contacted her, her name was Michelle. I said, hey, Michelle, I've been wanting to go to Bible college. I'm currently living in Toowoomba. I've got to go to the Gold Coast for that. I don't want to leave the company because I've been working with you guys for about six years at the moment. And I'd like to continue. Is there a position that I could transfer into down on the Gold Coast? And she goes, Timothy, you're such a good employee that I will create a position for you so we don't lose you. Miracle number two. She then contacts the director at the pharmacy in Tugun and goes, I want this guy to work evening shifts because it had to fit my schedule. I want him to work evening shifts so he can go to college during the day and then work for us at night. And she goes, fantastic, I'll do that. So I got a job. Now, Miracle three, fast forward a few years. I've been at Bible college now for two years. It's a three-year Bible course. And the Lord says to me, Timothy, you can't do third year. And I go, why? I had always planned to do three years. That was the whole goal. And he goes, not yet. And I'd been obviously studying the Word. I'd known the Word, the voice of God in my life. And I go, okay, fine. be at your will. I will not sign up for third year. So I told the staff at the Bible College saying, guys, I can't do third year. I don't know why. I've been told that I can't. And I had, not the staff, but I had some of my classmates going, well, you're listening to the wrong voice, Timothy. God wouldn't tell you to stop doing Bible College. And I'm like, well, I know the voice of God in my life better than you know the voice of God in my life. So I'm just gonna listen to the one that I listen to, not your voice. The day that I graduated second year, got a phone call from the pharmacy because of some personal decisions, I'm not getting into that, due to some vaccine requirements that I didn't do. I was told that I couldn't go back. And that was just my own personal opinion. I'm not going to say either way, you've done your own research. And so I was told that I can't come back to the pharmacy. That was big news. And I thought, wow, the door that God had opened for me, the job that He miraculously provided for me is now gone. And if I had signed up for third year, I wouldn't have been able to support myself. God told me what was about to happen. I didn't understand what was about to happen, but He told me what was about to happen beforehand. So He prepared me. Now, I then went to God and I said, okay. So you've used this job to provide for me now for the last two, two, two and a half years. What do I do now? And he goes, go talk to your doctor. That's a weird person to talk to for a job, but okay. So I go to my doctor and because I've been in the medical industry at that point for about eight, nine years, I go, I'm on first name basis with my doctor. And so I call him up, hey Lee. And he goes, hey, what's going on? I said, well, I've just lost my job. And he goes, man, that sounds stressful. I'm like, well, I guess, yeah. And he goes, well... I'm going to write you a medical leave certificate for stress. So you'll get whatever, how much sick leave you've got in your account at work. We'll get that paid out to you. Now, if anyone's been fired from a job, you don't get paid out your sick leave when you leave, right? That's just their extra cash to keep. So I had a four month holiday because the Lord provided me like supernatural health while I was working for this company, right? So I had a four month holiday to sit back and go, okay, Lord, thank you for providing this. Where do you want me to go from here? And so I then got a job working for a delivery company, which I'll come back to. And eventually I'm now in my current job. So this brings me to my second point. Where God calls you, He provides. There was a scripture that held great weight with me over those four months while I was practically jobless, which is 1 Timothy 5:8. So let's have a look at that one. But if any provide not for his own house, especially those in his own house, he has denied the faith and he is worse than an infidel. Yeah, I know, right? And I can imagine some of you thinking, well, how the heck did that provide you comfort? I've given this scripture to a few of my friends who are going through hard times financially with their family and they're like, wow, Timothy, that's really nice of you to give me that scripture. And I'm like, well, this is the reason why it provided me with such comfort. God lives by that scripture too. All right? You are His child. You live in His house. If He does not provide for you, He is worse than an infidel. And the God that I serve is not worse than an infidel. So you can be sure that there will be provision for you. There will be a door that opens for you to walk through and you just need to walk through it. Doesn't that Scripture make you feel happy now? It gives you a bit more energy, right? Just like God provided Abraham a ram to sacrifice in Genesis 22, just like God provided manna and quail from heaven for the Israelites in Exodus 16, just like God provided bread and meat for Elijah by the brook of Kerith in 1 Kings 17, just like God provided wisdom to both Joseph and Daniel to interpret dreams, to gain them promotion in Genesis 41 and Daniel chapter two, just like God provided flour and oil for the widow at Zarephath in 1 Kings 17, just like God provided Jesus to cover every single one of our sins, God will provide for you. Let's look at Psalms 23. This is a great Psalm. We're gonna go through the whole thing. It's only six verses, so bear with me. But this helps really prove my point. He restores my soul. Amen. Now this is a little bit of a side thing, but I thought it was really cool. Can we jump back to verse five? Here we go. My cup runs over. Now, I did a little bit of research on this before and this scripture was written by King David, right? He is a king. He is probably one of the greatest kings Israel has ever seen. Arguably, I know you can nitpick, but greatest king Israel has ever seen, right? The whole cultural context of my cup runs over. When you're in the presence of the king, the king will instruct his cup bearer to fill up your cup. If your cup is full, the king wants to spend time with you. If your cup is empty, the king is done with you, you can leave, right? Think of this as a king going to God, our cup is running over. God is telling his cup bearer, pour, keep pouring. I never want them to leave. Keep pouring. They are my child. I want them in my presence. Keep pouring. Our cup runs over. That is the God that we serve. Amen. Now, does this mean that everything in life is gonna be peachy? That all the doors that He opens for me, abundant blessings. Well, not necessarily. Sometimes a door is just open so you can get to your next one that does have those abundant blessings, right? So... My job that I was provided with as a delivery driver was provided with by my amazing friends, pastors Jeremy and Michelle. Through them, it was Michelle's cousin. Great guy, loved working for him, hated the job. I am an extroverted person. Being stuck in a delivery van by myself was practically torture. But... I knew that God had provided that job for me. And so I worked diligently in that job to the point where I became one of His best drivers. Even though I hated it, I still put my heart and soul into that job to make sure that my boss was very happy with the work that I provided him, okay? So because of that, I was put on one of the company's most important runs, right? So my run had to do with the courthouses, with all the lawyers to pick up all the documents to make sure that they made it to the Brisbane courts in time for the trials the next day, right? Very important run. So I was on this run, it had been raining, I was jumping into the van, my foot slipped off the step, I hit my shin, I caught myself in my left leg, But what I didn't realise at that exact second was I had just snapped both bones in my lower leg. So if you're ever wondering why there's a big scar on my leg, that's why, right? So... After calling an ambulance, well, actually, after calling my boss and then the ambulance, my boss was not happy with how I did that. But anyway, I was then taken to hospital and I had surgery on my leg. Now, there was a few complications after surgery where one of the surgeons came into my room and he said, we may have to amputate your leg. My piece up to that point was like a bubble. And in comes this surgeon with his pin. I'm taking your leg. Whoa, right? I kind of just felt like absolute despair at that point. And so this is when I called on my pastors. Now, Pastor Kyle, unfortunately, was on a plane at the time. So I told him to get through to him. So I called Pastor Tina and Pastor Tina was like, okay, what can we do for you? And she was praying with me. And then I thought, man, Jeremy had gone through something very similar a few years before and I called Pastor Jeremy. He prayed for me and He goes, look, they said the same thing to me and He prophesied over me and He said, you are going to be fine. My peace was restored almost instantly and I knew everything was going to be good, right? And after a few things from the doctors, they figured out that there was a mistake in the amount of pain meds they were giving me. They gave me someone for half my size. So I wasn't getting the proper pain meds. They gave me the proper pain meds and I was fine, right? Crisis over, yay. But my point is, when I was in that moment of crisis, we have a body of Christ to lift us up. You are never alone, okay? 1 Corinthians 12:26 and 27 says, And if one member suffers, all members suffer with it. Or if one member is honoured, all the members rejoice with it. Now you are the body of Christ and members individually. In those moments where you are feeling a bit down, where your peace has been shattered, you have got brothers and sisters around you that are going to pick you up and go, come on, dust yourself off. This is not the promise that God has for you. Let's walk in the promise and stay in the faith that we know that God wants good things for your life, not bad things. So let's forget what the doctor's report is. Let's trust in the report that Jesus gives us that you are going to be fine. Amen. Forget about the bad, focus on the good. The bad is still there, but the more that you focus on the goods, lock your eyes on that. Know that God has good plans for you. It will again show up that the enemy is a lie and that God's Word is truth. Amen. So... I'm in hospital, right? I've now gonna be in hospital for the next month or so because they've just stuck a steel rod in my leg and they're basically having to reteach me how to walk. So I was in hospital, had a pretty rotten night this night. I was maxed out on pain meds, still in pain. And I had about 7 a.m. an orderly come into my room. She was doing some cleaning and things like that. Now, for those of you who know me, I'm a pretty cheerful person, right? So... I mustered up my best smile and I said, good morning, how are you today? And she goes, oh, not good. Oh, what's going on? And she goes, well, on my way into work this morning, I left my phone, my wallet, my cash, my cards on the tram and it's gone. And she said these five words to me. I was in a public hospital. This is a fireable offence. Will you pray for me? I'd never met this woman in my life. And she asked me to pray for her, an offence that could get her fired if she said that to the wrong person. The Lord said to me at that point, this is your opportunity. Because I was having a pity party that night. I'm like, man, I'm useless, right? Like, as I told you before, I was an Olympic weightlifting Australian champion under 15. I could lift, I could move some weight. And here I am, I can't even move my leg in a hospital, right? I felt so useless. And so the Lord told me, pray for this woman. And so I prayed with her and I said, I declare to you that the Lord is going to have your wallet, your phone, your cards, everything back to you. Nothing will be missing. Nothing will be taken. And it's going to happen before the end of day today. And she goes, oh, well, thank you for that. And she left my room. About 10 a.m. she burst into my room, massive smile on her face. She goes, you'll never guess what happened. And I go, I bet I can. Her wallet, her phone, her cards, her cash, all were handed in to reception. Nothing was missing. Nothing was taken. And she said to me, I know that you're going to be out of here soon because obviously God is with you. Now my pity party felt pretty pitiful at that point. And the Lord said to me, if I can't send you to them, I'll send them to you. Right? So my fourth point, what the enemy meant for evil, God meant for good. Life may happen, but with God, there is always a turnaround that can happen. So I was listening to a reel on Instagram about the Scripture, Matthew 16, verse 15 to 18. So let's read that. Now is Jesus building a literal church on Peter? because he's named a rock. No, it's on the revelation that Jesus is the Christ, right? Jesus is the foundation that he is building his own church on, right? Now, what is a gate, right? It's a defensive thing, right? You would build a gate to stop people from coming in, right? So when I've heard this preached a few different times, it's like, and it's said, it's sort of like a half thing where people are like, the gates of hell will not prevail against it, like the gates are attacking you. They're gates, it's a defensive measure. The gates of hell can't stand against us. We are called to smash those gates down, enter into the kingdom of darkness and steal what the enemy has stolen from us and bring people who are in that kingdom of darkness out into the kingdom of light. Right? The gates are not there to stop us because we break them down. The gates are not there to harm us. We are there to destroy them, right? That is who God and Jesus has called us to be. If you want people to ask you, man, you're different, don't be like the world. Be the example, right? Because a lot of people are like, man, I really want people to come up to me and say, man, you're different. What do you do in your life? Oh, I'm a Christian. Well, they're only gonna do that if you're different, right? right? The fear of man is an amazing thing, right? You will never have met this person in your life, but apparently their opinion somehow matters so much. And you're like, I'm probably never going to see this person again. And God's saying, hey, just tell them that I love them. And you're like, but what do they think of me? Who cares what they think of you? You don't know that person. Why does their opinion matter, right? So, Be the example, right? In those situations where you're down and if God opens a door, a window, heck, if there is a crack under the door that you can wiggle through, that He has opened there for you, go through it, be bold, right? Now, I started off with Revelations 22:12, and I wanted to come back to that. So Revelations 22:12. So I wanted to focus on that. What deeds are we being rewarded on? So let's get a bit of further clarification, 1 Corinthians 3, verse 11 to 15. All right, for no other foundation can anyone lay that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now, if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay or straw, each one's work will become clear. For the day will declare it because it will be revealed by fire and the fire will test each one's work of what sort it is. So what I pose to you is this. What is God calling you to do? What are you building with? Are you building with gold, silver and precious stones? Or are you building with things that will decay, right? So one of the things I really wanted to touch on because this has become really prevalent in my social media scrolls, friends sending me messages and reels and things like that. And I really wanna hone in on this at the end. For you ladies out there, God doesn't care about sex when it comes to building the kingdom. He doesn't care that you're a female. It doesn't mean that you can't teach, you can't preach. So I'm going to go through the two scriptures that a lot of people misinterpret to make sure that some freedom can come through here today. Because we have some amazing female preachers in this house. We have Pastor Tina. Pastor Caitlin and Pastor Claire who come up and they bring words of freedom. And I wanna make sure that the men and women of this house don't feel condemned by some Scriptures that have been misinterpreted so much going, man, I'm really receiving from these Scriptures, but they're women, am I supposed to be? Yes, you are, all right? So let's go through these Scriptures, all right? So let's start with Corinthians. 1 Corinthians 14:34 to 35. Wow. Now, I want everyone to understand, Paul is writing this letter to a specific people at a specific time. These people are not Jews, they are Gentiles, right? So their introduction to God and to the things that are spiritual are based on their previous experiences in the city that they have grown up in. So Corinthians was written to the Corinthians who lived in Corinth. Wow, crazy. So Paul's instructions about women remaining silent and in a couple of chapters earlier, covering their heads is given with a specific cultural and marital framework. Now those words women and man in there can also be translated to husband and wife, right? So what is the behaviour that he is addressing? Corinth was known as a city, and I've written here as loose morals, right? I think you can understand where I'm going with that. They worshipped a God called Aphrodite. Now, if any of you know gods of the old, Aphrodite was known for sex, was known for fertility and things like that, right? Sexual pleasure. So these people are coming into a church with that mindset of this is how I'm supposed to worship, right? They have never known how they're supposed to worship. So in Corinthians, Paul is talking about this is the proper way to worship. Aphrodite, how you mainly worship her, they all had women priestesses. So the women were thinking, okay, I'm supposed to take charge here. So they're yelling out in the middle of worship and Paul is like, no, no, no, no. Let's bring that back. Let's put a bit of correction in and let's make sure that before you go and do this, you can get trained up first, right? So let's bring this back because Paul's concern was with honouring order and avoiding disruption in worship, right? Not silencing gifted women. Because in a few chapters earlier, he acknowledges that women do pray and prophesy publicly. So the issue is with how they participated, not if they could, okay? So that's Corinthians. So let's go to 1 Timothy. 1 Timothy 2, verse 12 to 15. Again, if you read in context there, he is again talking to wives and husbands. Timothy was in charge of the church in Ephesus. Who was the God that they worshipped in Ephesus? Well, it was Artemis. Now, Artemis is not to be confused with the God of the hunt from the Romans. This is the Greek God Artemis, which was the many-breasted, female fertility, sexual pleasure God. Sound familiar? Now, this was a female-led cult that gave women dominant religious roles. And Paul was addressing climate where false teaching, which is also in 1 Timothy 1, verse 3-7, was infiltrating the church. Some of it more than likely coming from these women who had been brought up worshipping this false god. So Paul was teaching here that these wives are not to have authority over their husbands because the wife submits to the husband. And if you wanna talk about biblical submission in marriage, I can tell you the details, but I think it would be better if you made an appointment with pastors Kyle and Tina, Jeremy and Michelle, Patty and Claire, Alex and Caitlin, because they are married and they can give you real life world experience that I cannot, right? I can give you the Scriptures, but I think it'd be more powerful coming from them, okay? So if you wanna learn more about that, ask them, this is just a overview. So Paul wanted to make sure that these women, because it was a female dominated cult, were not taking over for their husbands and uncovering their heads, head being husband, and basically making them go and using the pulpit to tear down their husbands, right? Saying, oh, he should have done this because this is what the Scripture says. This is what Paul is trying to address here, okay? Now Paul affirmed women in ministry multiple times, okay? So if we go to Acts 18:26, I don't think I have that loaded, but... In this Scripture, Paul is affirming Priscilla. Now Priscilla was taken away and taught in the words of the Lord. She then, with her husband, went and taught the great preacher, Apollos. So she was teaching a man how to teach, how to preach. Then you've got Phoebe, who was a deacon of the church. That is in Romans 16. And Junia, who was considered outstanding among the apostles. You've also got Jesus with the woman at the well who He went and told her, go and tell people. She, because of her testimony, saved the whole town. God does not care about your sex when it comes to building the kingdom. Don't be pulled down by people misinterpreting these Scriptures without giving it the full context of the person, the people and the time at which it was written, okay? So I wanna say that the women of this house, I wanna make sure that there is freedom coming through here because we have some great women preachers and we need more of you, okay? Amen. So I wanted to encourage you to go out, spread the faith with all the confidence that God is behind you. So after all of that, I wanna recap by going through the portions where God has shown up in my life to make it a real teaching moment to make sure that you guys know this is a way that you can evangelise people, right? So number one, God does not make bad things happen in your life and God is not angry with you. Number two, where God calls you, He provides. And so a little caveat to this as well is that God will equip those He calls. He very rarely calls the equipped. So if you feel, man, I don't feel like I can do this. Well, guess what? With God, all things are possible. because in your weakness, He is strong. When you go into those situations, knowing that you cannot do this, that is where God powerfully shows up and goes, well, guess what? I can. Number three, you are never alone. We are one body. When you are feeling like your peace is, when you are feeling like your peace is being shattered, guess what? You've got someone to help build you up. When you are feeling low and you're feeling that God isn't really there, He doesn't really love you, whatever the enemy seems to be whispering in your ear at the time, you have got people that are going to build you up, speak into your life to help make sure that you realise who you are in Christ. You are valuable, you are a son and a daughter of the living God and He wants to make sure that you never leave His presence. Amen. What the enemy meant for evil, God meant for good. When life just seems to happen, there can always be a turnaround. Listen to God, ask for wisdom and He will show you the path to take. He will open the door that He needs to open to make sure. that you continue walking and not get stuck in the bog of your mire, your sadness, whatever it is, the valley of the shadow of death. He is with you and He will draw you out to the high peaks to make you go, look at what I can accomplish with you. God wants you all, number five, both male and female, to go out and build on the foundation that is Jesus and rob the kingdom of darkness. We are called to make disciples of the nation. Let's not be bogged down with, well, am I called? Guess what? You are. Am I supposed to tell this person that Jesus loves them? Well, if the Holy Spirit is telling you that you do, that you need to tell them, guess what? You do. I hope today was able to be impactful for you to open up your eyes, to teach you something, to make you feel encouraged to go out and share your testimony with others who may never have heard it, to show where God has shown up in your life because He is not a fall asleep at the wheel kind of God. He is a God that is active. He is a God that is powerful. And He is a God that is wanting to reach His children because they are lost. So I wanted to show you today that how your testimony can be used as a powerful evangelistic and teaching tool, okay? And I hope that I have done that today. I always want to make sure that during my preaching, I let people know if they have never accepted Jesus into their life, that they have that opportunity at any time, any place. It doesn't necessarily have to be here in this room today, It can be at home, wherever. He doesn't care of the location that you cry out to Him. He just wants you to cry out to Him, okay? So if everyone will bow their heads, I'm going to lead you through a prayer that you don't necessarily have to pray it now, but just listen so that if you are at home and you're wanting, this is the prayer, it's super simple. Jesus, thank You so much for saving me and washing me as white as snow. Thank You for taking my sins at the cross and tossing them as far as the East is from the West. God, I accept You into my life. You are my Lord and Saviour. And I thank You for the love that You are going to shower upon me and shower upon the others that are blessed by me. In Jesus' name, Amen. Amen. I want you to go out this week. I want you to go with confidence knowing that God has called you and you are to be a witness to many. Amen. Amen. Thank you for tuning in to today's message.
